☆☆☆☆☆ According to stark statistics, prostate adenoma affects one in five men over 45, half of men over 60, and only one in ten escapes it by age 80. Despite this benign tumour, everyone would prefer to live without it. As desire is not enough, it's vital to support the prostate with herbal supplements. Nettle root, though not a primary solution, contributes to fighting adenoma. It contains a substance that prevents the breakdown of testosterone, essential for prostate health. I turned to NOW Foods for their high-quality supplements, but I noticed no marked effects. I don’t expect miracles from dietary supplements, especially when my health has suffered for decades. I simply accept and hope for the best. 🍃 I hope my reviews of popular supplements on iHerb assist your decision-making.

Effective for prostatitis

My husband used this nettle root in a prostatitis treatment programme. We tried four brands; this one was the best for price and dosage, and worked excellently. When my husband took the dietary supplements without this nettle root, the results were less noticeable. It's unfortunate that nettle root is rarely available and often out of stock. The nettle leaf cannot substitute the root, as they have quite distinct effects. For male health issues, one must take the nettle root.
